"Everything about the driver was perfect. The communication from the booking company was not acceptable. I wanted to bring the taxi pick up time 30mins earlier. I could not get to anyone on the phone number provided after multiple attempts throughout the day before and my emails were not replied to. I will not use the service again because of this. "
